1. Bright Burn

On Wednesday we got an extended red band clip for James Gunn’s (Guardians of the Galaxy director) upcoming horror movie, Bright Burn. And damn it’s brutal.
Bright Burn flips the famous origin story of Superman on its head and asks an interesting question. “What if a child from another world crash-landed on Earth, but instead of becoming a hero to mankind, he proved to be something far more sinister?”

Bright Burn comes to Theaters on May 24th, 2019

4. The Lodge

The Lodge follows Grace, a young woman who finds herself snowed in with her finance’s kids in the family’s winter Cabin. But just when Grace and the kids are about warming up to each other, strange and scary events occur.

One thing I loved about this trailer is how it immediately addresses the why Grace and the kids remain in the cabin once they notice strange things are happening. And I personally can’t wait to see how her dark past connects to the events occurring in the present.

The Lodge comes out on August 22nd, 2019.
